The temptation is to hedge—to learn a little bit of fine-tuning, a little bit of agents, a little bit of MLOps. To stay "flexible." That temptation is a trap. Flexibility is another word for replaceable.

Pick one of these areas. Go deep. Build things that prove real capability, not just tutorial completion. The market rewards specificity.
